How does Kevin Flynn’s white skill actually work?
Why can’t my Kevin clean those debuffs such as frozen?
Because Freeze is a DISABLE, not a debuff
It should… 
Sounds buggy.
Disables also count as debuffs…

Had already heard from someone Flynn didn’t cleanse Kristoff’s freeze now that I think of it. But that was a while ago 
It is level dependant so it may not work in city watch or in surge where enemies can go over the server level limit
I use Kevin Flynn, I think I know the problem. His White Skill has a “Fail Chance” so he might not be able to cleanse Debuffs if his White Skill level is too low. Take a look:

Thanks for your explanation. My Flynn’s white skill is now level 235. Thus, I think it should clean all the debuffs.
If you get Baymax disk for Flynn, every time you use his white skill, he can heal your team. Try getting it if you don’t have it.
If enemy has Kristoff with maxed RS and green mods this will increase Sven’s level, thus Kevin won’t be able to clean freezes from Sven.
