No she was confirmed a LONG time ago
She was confirmed to be in development and coming to the game at some point. That was all 
and from the update 2 days ago, that is still the case.

Guys I’m not being stubborn
I’m just a bit annoyed
I don’t understand how/why people are annoyed. Perblue only acknowledge she was coming cause someone found the meta data in the background of the game. It isn’t like they officially announced her and then pulled her back.
There is absolutely no reason for people to be complaing or upset about her not being out yet for that reason.

Yeah while I wish KP would come to the game faster, developing a hero for a game can take a while.
