I agree, Powerline works better in blinding teams and the entrance is a one time only effect, per wave.
Ducky and bunny seemed to have hard time to intrduce themselvs before powerline

Powerline disc with Ducky Bunny is obviously a counter to Hook disc with Barbossa and Barbossa disc with Tia

Here’s a plus side, though. That attack speed is stackable with the other heroes’ attack speed buffs.
