Lost account help?

I have an account thats on android and its over 700 days old and whenever i use Facebook to try and recover it to my iPhone, nothing comes up in other accounts, and im very sure they are connected to the same facebook.

I have vip on the account too, which is also a reason why i have wanted to transfer that account onto my new phone. I have tried the “contact us” button but that has not worked, and im starting to think that i might not get my account back…

I assume the OPs problem was resolved, but if you’re having the same issue, send in a support ticket with your account name and guild name and the FB / iOS account you’d like to link it back to.

As long as your account matches the original creator’s account, and it’s currently unclaimed, support should be able to connect it to you.
