Ls there any chance they'll add characters from Raya and Last Dragon?

I think there are some additional conditions.

  1. LiveAction characters are not common, the game seems to favor animated franchises.
  2. TV series as a content source for characters and skillsets are underrepresented, it seems only movies get sourced for playable characters.
  3. Sequel movies rarely get utilized for playable characters.

Also The Nightmare Before Christmas.

Aladdin characters are from second movie timeline.
L&S characters are based on series (or even further timeline), not on first movie.

I don’t think Disney just priorities DHBM as before, as all other Disney games have these characters nearly with the movie release. And here… nothing.

If you would watch Soul… you would know that this isn’t a case.

Yes, it’s Disney.

Just as Pixar.

The Nightmare Before Christmas was always under the Disney license.

I am confused, why is there so much discussion about other movies?
Are we not asking about the potential introduction/addition of Raya and her team as playable characters?

Raya and Sisu are the most likely ones, but whom else might they add?

Tong would make a good standalone warrior, I’d love to see his groundfissure attack, even if it was purely a product of Boon’s overactive imagination.
Maybe tone it down to be more releastic and it could work as a skill.

Numari would be another standalone candidate.

Noi and the Ongis could be a teamup/sidekick, in which she summons them into battle to fight for her.

Not sure what fighting skills Boon would have, he’s never seen to do much in the way of combat.
Maybe throw hot chilli soup at the enemies?
Or make him support chef style?

Would they rate a collection of their own?
At some point, I saw the Devs state collections must have 5 characters minimum to have it implemented ingame.

I did a post about this and Luca too

I was thinking: What if Tong and Noi worked as a team?

Yes, that is also an possibility.

But how would the Ongis be utilized if Noi was Tong’s sidekick companion?

They would be used as skill in the same vein as Dug, Tinker Bell, and Pluto.
