Mal - Mal is a backline hero,from blue team and a control hero.
3 stars/White
Skills:
White skill: Spells from spell book- Mal gets her spell book granting random disables to all enemies and damaging them over time.
Green skill: My eyes are green! - Mal turns her eyes into green, scaring and cursing nearby enemies.
The scaring and cursing effect has a chance to fail.
Blue skill: Daughter’s obligation - When an ally has KO’d, Mal screams turning all allies invisible and increasing their attack speed by 200%.
Purple skill: Dragons strength - Mal gains 200 energy whenever an ally is invisible.
The energy gained is reduced if an ally is above level 21.
Red skill: Mom’s spirit - At the start of the wave Mal gains 5 stacks of hardy whilst her allies gains 2 stacks of hardy.
Additional Stat Bonus:

I wouldn’t really participate in this contest. It is only run by one man, usually hinting at how bad it may go.
He isn’t even a control hero. And the only stun he has lasts only two seconds
Oswald the Lucky Rabbit
Guidance:
Walt Disney: …”we will aim to [make] Oswald a younger character, peppy, alert, saucy and venturesome, keeping him also neat and trim."
Many of his serials feature him showing off for or rescuing his romantic partner Fanny/Petes daughter/his wife Ortenzia. There is a lot of smooching and kidnapping.
My Goal: a tag team character; they start out together just standing there all cute holding hands and kissing which just gains energy; once their energy bar is full this gives the excess as splash to their teammates. So a battery. but once they have taken a threshold of damage shadow goons appear, she is Stunned, and separated to the enemy side. Similar to Meg she will attach to whichever enemy you choose but on auto will choose the rearmost. While stunned she is attached & she saps the enemy char; when she becomes unstunned/ detaches she blinds and silences them.
He stumbles and bumbles his way towards her; once they reunite they kiss again-this time he is stunned-(new game state: Twitterpated) she takes over and works their way to friendly character where they stand around passively generating energy until a hit comes in. While he is stunned her basic attacks have a chance to knock back and stun. If the character she is attached to dies or becomes disabled she is unstunned/detached and Oswald becomes stunned and she works her way towards him.

Victory: them holding hands and sharing a kiss
Basic attack: they kiss and gain energy ( like the fight scene in “Oh What a Knight”) once their energy bar is full the excess is given to teammates as splash effect.
Oswald Basic attack: He doesn’t have one: he falls down and absorbs damage(sees stars) but he has a very high dodge (which is a swervy wiggly thing). Everytime he dodges a melee attack he does like Darkwing and jumps over their back and moves closer to Fanny.
Her basic attack: slaps and kicks her way through! Has increased crit modified by energy bar.
White skill: Smoochin’:
Either: you activate the skill to give your allies x amount of energy over y seconds. Or It could drain like Zurg but little fountain of hearts
Maybe A passive that starts you out with a full bar of energy and gets drained the longer they are separated and/or in enemy territory.
Green Skill: The Mechanical Cow: takes whats around him and uses it against his enemies. Every 6 seconds Oswald can dodge an attack and steal energy; and if that enemy has a full energy bar will use their own white skill against themselves draining the enemies energy and stunning them for .8 seconds
Blue Skill: Lucky Foot: Oswald wipes his brow with his own lucky foot! For every x% of lost hp his chance to dodge goes up y%
Purple Skill: Reunited!
The splash from smoochin also gives allies tenacity
Red Skill: king of the Wasteland. Oswald has resentment for being forgotten.
Every time an ally is stunned Oswald gains x%dodge. Every third dodge deals damage.

Disk gives increase to basic damage and massive increase to crit chance when oswald is stunned and she takes over.
Campaign: Mickey & Oswald have been captured by creeps and Ortenzia and Kim track down the missing persons. Was it Pete? Was it The Evil Dr Drakken?
Plays well with: silence to condition trigger for power steal, Classic Toons (Minnie, Mixkey, Donald, Daisy,etc), Kim, Zurg, Beast, Balou.
Countered by: Any start of combat damage dealer of high enough level, slows, nukes.

No @Filadae_Djaq still isn’t a killjoy. . It is kinda true that it may be hard to do this kind of thing alone. Maybe you can find at least 2 or 3 people who can help you with this.
