More Controls on Heist Hideouts

A frequent source of annoyance is an impatient player wanting to rush the Hideout in a Shocking Heist before the white circles are all filled, costing the other participants points and Heist currency rewards.

So I think some measures need to be implemented so the Hideout cannot be attacked without team consent.

The best method would be to add a Vote system, only when all the team members have accepted the Hideout attack can it be activated.

A second method would be restricting the attack activation to the Heist host, so not just anyone can do it.

this reminds me to among us XD also sounds like a good idea and I totally agree, I have had this situation some times
