It is a new week, and the promo code is here. But there is one problem. I tried naughty, it did not work. Then I tried nice, but both of these codes are invalid. Does anyone else have that problem as well? Can you fix this, @Nugget ?

It might be every week from the date of release. But if it isn’t, then it’s a problem. This happened to me, and also with “trick” and “treat” promo codes

It worked for me 4x, naughty and both nice

It was not working for either code this week. For naughty it said “invalid” and for nice it said “already redeemed” even though it was a new week

The codes are “naughty” or “nice” typed in all lower case letters, only one code works each week. It is random on which one works each week, so it can be “nice” two weeks in a row, or “naughty” this is why players need to try both each week to find out which one gives the prize!

you just need to open the keyboard and “disable” the uppercase letter and write in lowercase, I had the same problem as you until I discovered this I hope I helped​:wine_glass:
