I think that there will be new heroes… pretty much for sure.
About red skills, I hope so, but the last ones were three weeks ago, so if I had to guess I’d say we probably have to wait a little more.
Hope the heroes are op and meta, but they will most likely be incredibly broken. And not trying to spoil anything (which I don’t think I am) but the heroes I think are coming don’t have a data mined skillset, so we have to wait for friday

Honestly I don’t have any orange or red heroes so I can’t define a broken hero

In terms of OP and Broken, I would say OP as in Overpowered means a really strong character and probably pushing the meta, on the other hand a Broken character in this sense would probably be worse than Overpowered as Broken characters barely have weaknesses or are so powerful the weaknesses don’t usually hinder them and the team can patch those few weaknesses as well.
This is at least how I see those two meanings.
And yeah, beside that looking forward to the patch notes and the State of the Game post :-).
