No, they were saying which heroes they think are getting a red skill next.
But they’re the only heroes without one, right?

I mainly hope Wall-E gets his Red skill since he is such a fun character to use in the game :-).

Same here, plus because he’s so useful in City Watch, so I’d like to use him in Epic as well without losing out on red skill chips.
Yup, Wall-E is among the most useful characters in City Watch and I use him in every City Watch battle if I am able to :-).
Yes, but getting CW chips wouldn’t be easy. It’s usually the heroes that deal the most damage that get the skill chips… from my experience at least.
I think it is random overall, even if it might influence it I assume it still has a chance to give other chips.
And as far as Wall-E goes he is a utility character that help people clear City Watch more easily :-).
If it did it’s very small 
If that were the case, pretty much all my chips would be for Nick, Dash, or Mulan.
