Both! It depends on the character honestly, but Belle (one of my favorites) was a sign in and she is an awesome hero and I think she needs to be used more, including many other characters.
I don’t use her a lot but I have her at nearly max stars lol, for me I think Davy Jones or Oogie should be used more
How about the Big Hero 6 team?

Oh, are you talking about the community Disney Heroes Discord or another Discord server? In the community Discord server we have a spoiler channel, so not sure if you saw it there or somewhere else.
Too bad you got spoiled though, but yeah hopefully more than one character gets announced in the next patch notes :-).
As for the friendship system refresh, not looking forward to it since it seems like we might be losing all the story content that’s in the friendship missions.
I don’t want the game to lose that much good story content :-(.

I started using her recently, and I must say, I’m impressed. She can do quite a lot for the team, lots of hardy and her damage is huge

For Villians this year we can expect some from IPs added this year but without villian, like Gargoyles and Demona, Ratatouille and Chef Skinner, Tangled and Mother Gothel, Lilo & Stitch and Gantu, someone from TP; no big deal here, maybe WiR will finally gets their villain - Turbo/King Candy, another member of Fearsome Five like Bushroot. Big Bad Wolf isn’t something impossible and I would be quite happy if he joins the battle as he is also part of “Mickey and Friends”.
But mainly I want Don Karnage… it would be almost kimtastic.
Update on Tuesday, maybe some nice datamine actions will resolve the questions

Are you referring to someone previously datamined like the sign ins or someone else?
Maybe they will bring new ips like 101 Dalmatians (Cruella de vil), home on the range (alameda slim), and the black cauldron (the horned king)
I either want Cruella or Gothel, but I would be ok if I had to wait for them as well, since I want to make concepts of them in the near future.
Thing with Cruella is… her movie is coming next year, so I won’t be so surprised she don’t make this for now.
I would like to see what the creator’s do with mother gothel’s move set
So, it’s more likely we’ll get her this year than next year, she is very highly requested and popular, and for lion king they didn’t add anyone new (though I wish they did when dumbo was released)
Also anyone else feel like the devs love halloween, they don’t add new characters specifically for any other holiday (other than Oogie for Christmas but if they weren’t gonna do him for Halloween that month was the only month fit for him)
