Randal megavolt and captain hook would guess they will come in update in 22.10 and we will patch notes including these 3 so i would say the patch notes coming later today

I think the Monday patch notes also a small update. The 1.13.1 patch notes isn’t complete yet.

The patch note has an A, so there will be a 1.13.1-B.
The update next week will be 1.13.2 and it will have heroes in it.
