Does cap increase also mean new chapters this week? Also, what do you mean by the big update? I still do not know.
Cap increase is the new chapter, new rank and +5 team levels. Sometimes they come with a new hero.
Big Updates are updates that normally includes Quality-of-Life changes, sometimes a new mechanic or a revamped mechanic and new heroes.
