Probably Not. Next Thursday is Thanksgiving, and it usually extends to Friday.

4 new characters will be a one for Arena/Coliseum reward crates. One for diamond crates. One new sign in hero december. And one for Coliseum crates. Just wondered
Since Captain Amelia, we keep on getting one new hero in each patch notes.
