That’s probably because they’re a Arena Crate hero, look at Baloo, he seems to have an excellent set of skills but is rarely used.

Are ANY of the Wreck-It Ralph characters considered GOOD these days? I’m not a high-ranking player, but even where I’m at, none of them seem that great imo.
