No, it’s all about cap rises.
This game reached the level that only new heroes are giving fresh air, no new modes are releasing, so— yep, new heroes are really needed.

Not to add that this month basically only two heroes were released - Kronk and Jim, as Silver isn’t playable to January.
Lol. If Bill was ever datamined then I’d ask for an increase in heroes.
And if it weren’t for the rate of heroes slowing down, we would have witnessed many terrible skillsets in-game
