Actually, next sign-in hero will be 2* (just like Hook and Hank & Dory) or players will receive the missing (9 or 18) chips?
Because February is a shorter month and there will be no way to get 3 last rewards, which one of them includes hero chips.

I feel like they will not release characters after 5 days, that sounds a bit too ambitious. Like Onward, they waited a few months to add Ian.
