I say this as someone who isn’t as bothered by constant cap raises as most other people… What do you mean “hope”???
Well, it’s sort of for other forumers’ perspectives, not really mine. People are really hoping for it.
Ehh I just want to know if more stuff is coming. Don’t care that much about R19, would like some time to catch up better but that’s rather unlikely

… What Patch Notes? Polaris just released the Sign-In Hero and Shop Refreshes for March. They never said they would release any other notes today.

That doesn’t mean a level cap is due 
As first to appear, nothing stops to make an actual patch note, it already happens…
I mean, fair enough, but somehow I get the feeling that Ozi wasn’t just referring to a cap raise when they asked about “Patch Notes”, which is why I said what I said.
Okay, you want patch notes? wait for them!
Technically (big) patch notes are also due because it’s been 3 weeks
