We had some approvals that have been taken back, so we’re waiting at the moment. I do have a plan, but the patch notes might not be until later in the day.

It’s clear they are waiting until they have finished retroactively giving older characters Red Skills to release Red Skills on every Server. So no I doubt any more servers will get Red Skills, but I do think Server 1 will see more Red Skills for older heroes.
