I doubt beta heroes will get a refresh…
- Basil desperately needs a refresh, he is one of the worst heroes in-game now.
- Beta heroes can get a refresh, they already did.
- If in 3.5 are supporting buffs… would be nice to improve starting heroes like Ralph or Vanellope, enemies on CH1 were buffed, but not heroes.

This is not true in the slightest… heroes like Maui, Woody, Mickey, Alice, Jafar, Gaston, Olaf and many other probably need it more… LIKE MIKE AND ALADDIN
Basil is not a priority hero that needs refreshed

In my opinion, basil is eh where he is now, his white skill is way to spammy and annoying but the rest of the skill set is literally not a problem

Mike if fine with maxed RS, anniversary trials proved that Aladdin is fine…
his blue skill is the worst in game
and as you said
he never have a chance to use other skills, they practically don’t exists.
