Meh, just make cosmetic crates tradeable for 10-20 diamonds each.

Nooooo, please rather make Silver, Gold (and maybe Platinum and Sapphire) Tiers of cosmetics… so that the purple crates are useful again.

as in… if you get the cosmetic once, you will unlock a Bronze Tier shown on a rim of the cosmetic… Silver and Gold Tiers would give you the rewards for completing again.
Meaning that even if you get a dupe, there is a chance for “moving up” the tier of the cosmetic and thus someday get more rewards. (and, for the Purple Cosmetic Crates to not be completely useless)
And Guaranteed Crates would not be able to get the higher tiers, just Bronze, so the higher tiers beyond Bronze would be more luck-based.

And I think we might gonna have more than one hero coming and I know for a fact that we will get 4 new trials for 3-4 franchises and one of the heroes would be the next one to get in the prize wall

Use them to get memories, I don’t think so you have all disks maxed, and even if so, there are new heroes and 2 disks, so you will eventually need them.
