Purple skill is fine.
White counts as one study and only after all 20 darts or when target is changed.
Wow everyone here thinks that animal is that bad.

Basil too kinda, he does good damage but just that
And pretty much everyone Zelkiiro mentioned… they’re generally useable but could use buffs

I just think that he is not as bad as people think 
But there are a lot of heroes that I think are good. That most people think are not good.
He is trash.
And they are right.

Well here are the heroes: Baloo, Scrooge Mcduck, Kim possible, Basil, Violet, Miguel, Animal, Judy hopps, Hades, Wall-E. And that’s only some of them. 
Yeah, all trash.
Hope refresh for them will come soon, minus Hades.

Nah, aside from Animal and Hades (who are at least usable but still need refreshed) and Kim (who is a serviceable, if unimpressive, DPS, despite what Musk says), those guys are all trash. Heck, Scrooge is a Fantastic Damage DPS who has 0 Reality Negation and 0 Fantastic Crit (and, naturally, 0 Crit Damage)–that is the definition of trash.

Baloo is trash, but not “refresh needed” trash. It’s his white skill that needs fixing.

Miguel isn’t good but with some combos he has situational uses I think
And yeah what he said about Baloo
And I’ll say this: Scrooge needs to deal normal damage instead of fantastic damage with his attacks if all he gets is normal crit and armor negation.

I mean yeah… considering his numbers are decent and his RS is a permanent speed that can reach the cap, he’d be quite good if he did normal damage - kinda like Basil but with negation
Also meta tends to be more against Fantastic Damage than normal (except T&P), bc of Ian, Disgust and others like that
That is not actually Baloo’s fault…blame the bugs for baloo being terrible
Her “refresh” screwed her over (which is probably proof that perblue hates kim possible)
