There should be a cap raise so it’s pretty much confirmed…
Unless they do another cap raise only patch that I doubt people will like
Hum…, not sure if we are more likely to get 3.1.10 or 3.2 tomorrow.
3.1.10 should mean that we get a refresh at least, so will be interesting to see who gets a refresh this time :-).
We should either way get a cap raise like Phaldow said, unless of course PerBlue has decided to be kind towards us players and have level cap raise every 4 weeks and rank cap raise every 8 weeks.
Unlikely maybe, but I didn’t think maybe did for a few ranks around Orange rank.

Kira affirms thst there will be one. Of course that there are alot of heroes that need it but that doesn´t mean that we get refreshes often…
Not sure if 2 new characters if it is 3.1.10, but if they skipped to 3.2 then I could see 2 new characters as well yeah :-).
Imposter@ Polaris told us that they will try to do a refresh every x.x.10 patch notes so that’s why I say a refresh is likely :-).

Ik refreshes aren’t often but I’m saying 2 new hero’s because since it’s been 3 weeks I think it’s gonna be a big one
Cap rise is coming next Tuesday…
Before leaving Polaris said next update includes hero refresh, and Loutre mentioned “heroes” and liked someone’s post about refresh
And well… time for new heroes…
Wonder when we will get the new Tower mode.
And it’s likely this update will include nerf to Mr. Big’s Baloo disk.
