Depends on if it 3.1.10 or 3.2, since if it is the 3.2 update we should be getting the new Tag system I think, like being able to search for who can do Freezes and similar.

Ah, I think you maybe misunderstood what I meant, no worries if so :-).
I did mean that the refresh would come in the 3.2 if 3.1.10 got skipped, rather I meant that we could get more than just 1 new character, 1 refresh, smaller Quality of Life improvement and bug fixes.
So just meant that we could be getting a big new feature as in the Tag system :-).
