Shanks refresh was amazing, and it happened after Kim’s.
Also, Kim’s was community picked for a refresh.
Kim’s was only a huge mistake, everyone else gets good refreshes, especially Shank or Madam Mim. Queen back then also was great.

To be fair, Kim got a huge increase in damage, which is her job as a Damage role character.
Compare it to the boosts which got Shank and Madam and it’s laughable amounts.
Kim’s damage was increased by 100%, while Shank’s by 500%.
Mainly the HP boost, it was around 5%, nobody ever got that small boost.
