Offers for memories for 5-star friend disks, why?

I’ve long been annoyed at how most shops that offer memories don’t exclude memories from disks that I’ve evolved to 5 stars, but today I actually got a cash deal for some:

Granted someone may want to buy this for the disk power, but still, why include memories that aren’t needed?

The Memory Market successfully excludes memories for 5-starred disks from its offerings; why can’t that code be applied to other stores and to deals, as well?

(Not that the Memory Market is perfect; I frequently get offers for memories when I’m just one or two memories away from getting the fifth star, which is annoying as well.)

That’s really silly, we can’t currently do anything with excess memories so there should be something in place to exclude them @Polaris

I also think so. Otherwise, if players are not choosing a specific category in their inventory, they have a long list to cover. And plus, the memories are of no use after at max stars. Maybe we can unlock the function of selling them after it is fully maxed?
