It is very frustrating when an area gets reinfected and my strongest team can not beat a level 10 zone. I am over level 200. There should be no reason I get destroyed by a reinfected zone. You really need to power these down so they can be beat easier based on what their original zone is.
Reinfections have been effectively discontinued - if you message support, they may give you a few Antivirus items to clear them.
They may not… in which case, the level of the infected heroes should decrease by 1 every time you lose.
