Install the game on the other device, play through the tutorial, and then connect that account to the same Google Play Games recovery method. Once that is done, you will see your account appear in the list and you can access it.
Instale el juego en el otro dispositivo, siga el tutorial y luego conecte esa cuenta al mismo método de recuperación de Google Play Games. Una vez hecho esto, verá que su cuenta aparece en la lista y puede acceder a ella.

On the new device, once you finish the tutorial, you can tap on the player icon in the bottom left corner, tap on the lost account button and then link to Google Play Games.
