I’m pretty sure there were no licensing issues, per se, but PerBlue had to get approval from Disney for any new costume, and said that took almost as long as getting approval for a whole new hero, for some reason.

No need lol, tank characters are so unreliable except a very handful of them
They forgot Tanks existed due to one of the devs apparently obsessing over Damage units

Every gacha prioritizes DPS characters over all others. DPS characters are the big crowd-pleasers.

Maybe it a bug:
Mr Big & Kozlov is locked at level 62!
The character doesn’t get level 63 or more, and yes, my team level is more than 63 (70 actually).
So… unforced update until like… Thursday?
As I see… aleeady on google play… so I assume it’s safe to update

ahh yes, but still should update now to get those bug fixes in. There is no server update happening at all though so not sure where the Thursday date came from.
