you stopped making heroes like before, you fix bugs for weeks and now you disappear again for a week (4 days and then weekends). are you okay? some bad thoughts begin to appear in the players.

Not sure how an all company retreat/bonding week makes you guys jump to DH being shut down. This is a fun week for the whole company to spend time together since we are an all remote company. We did this during the summer as well.
DH is not shutting down. We have a hot fix going out now.

Cap raise will still be tomorrow and it will roll out automatically at 5am CT it may roll out earlier at midnight CT. One of them and now I go back to company retreat time!

People panic when things change. It was just weird to hear about a retreat as it was happening.
Thanks for the update on the cap raise. We weren’t sure after there wasn’t a note on Friday.

From our perspective, the decreasing communication lately is worrying us.
As I have said before, we want to play the game for the next 5+ years, but we are worried because there is nothing new and sudden changes like this or an update that is pushed without warning on Friday makes us worry even more
So in summary, if you can just let us know what is happening more, that would be great

Well it sounds just like a joke. You schedule an upgrade and then just all go out.
Isn’t it last upgrade that was with bugs and delayed ?
You should have schedule the upgrade next week… That’s how true professionnals would act in fact.

- Elite Campaign features: Mulan, Scar, Minnie Mouse, Jafar, Aladdin, Megavolt, and Davy Jones
Servers 21-25 Update
- Team Level Cap increased to 275
- Heroes can now be promoted to Yellow +8 rank
- Chapter 49: “Take Over” is now available
- Elite Campaign features: Shank, Jafar, Megara, Mulan, Fred, and Anger
We didn’t even were sure until now that cap rise is actually happening.
