Why does Pooh’s Tigger disc increase his basic damage when he doesn’t have a basic attack that deals damage? I have to be missing something right?
If you look carefully, all of Pooh’s skills are dependent on Basic Damage - all the numbers are blue, thus if you increase Basic Damage, you also increase the numbers in his skills. Hope it helps.
Blue is SP. Pooh has no BD dependent skills

Pooh depends on basic damage to heal with his basic attack
