For all we know, we don’t exactly know if the information on that page is credible, as there are many Fandom Users that can change that.
But hey, I believe that the (official) upcoming characters are found here. So it’s up to your judgement if you’ll believe that or not.

Datamines are the most credible sources for DH:BM Leaks, followed by Github, and then the Disney Wiki.
That is, assuming that they are true, but then again, the evidence points out to the Datamines being true.
