Hi, I have encountered a issue whit the mechanis implemented to take the leadership of the clan when the leader leaves the game, in my clan case he did not name officials or champions so no one can take control, a solution to this issue could be a mechanism for the veterans of the clan to Take over the leadership

As for your concern, 3 weeks for an officer is already long enough to wait. It’s better to find a new guild than to wait for a month or longer to claim leadership. But I feel your concern if you have spent some time and had lots of memories together with your guildmates.
If your guild mates feel the same as you easiest thing is to make a new guild and have them join and just cut out trying to take that spot entirely.
