Questions about new characters

I got a couple questions about tle last addings.

1. Is there a maximum amount of Scrooge’s coins and Megavolt’s charges? If yes, what is it? I noticed my Megavolt put 30 stacks to a single enemy, which is a lot.
2. How high is the chance for Oogie to get snake eyes? In real life it’s 1 to 36, but we know this creep never plays fair.
