Just an idea, the hero is still alright in s22 but hes dropping off hard because he can’t land a boat without being cced to death.

‘Acting Dodgy’ allows jack sparrow to deflect projectiles back to whoever fired them as well as dodge disables. Deflecting projectiles and dodging disables have the same cooldown as the melee counterattack, but the cooldowns for each are separate.
‘Pirate code’ now studies all enemies for 10 seconds. The study has a chance to fail against enemies above level x.
