I’m not sure if anyone else has reported it, but my Robin Hood white skill is not healing anyone on my team when it does damage. It was harder to notice in normal play, but on invasion bosses it’s obvious. Anyone else notice this?

Hi all, I’m on s14 and Robin hood doesn’t heal at all with his white skill!
I’ve tried in every modes in game (city watch, bots, breakers,…)
Is it a known issue?
That explains why I get stuck in Joy - Olaf friendship campaign. Used Robin’s ult 5x his heals only worked once
