Maybe Nega Duck could be a costume for Darkwing , or an invasion boss.
It’s not that big a deal here, he revived it with an actual idea instead of just posting spam.
I don’t see why people get so mad over reviving topics🤷🏻♂️
2 things can happen when reviving dead topics:

The topic may get closed and/or archived - Off-topic replies in a dead topic usually ends in said topic get closed and/or archived. It’s really sad if an important topic gets archived, since you can’t view it from the main screen.

The topic is still alive and notifications stay - It’s the complete opposite of #1, but it sometimes annoys some people, especially if there are multiple unread topics that are off-topic.
