I got bored and made a list to show how many friendship missions you can have going at once on s19. It may not be perfect but I came up with this:

Unused heroes: Rex, Elastigirl, Duke/Bo

Note: Bogo/Calhoun and Judy/Felix can be reversed for Judy/Bogo and Calhoun/Felix
