Server 16 no access

I started the game after the Update. Everything was fine until I tried to access my account on Server 16. No access. Please fix fast, because of this error I can not access my big account on Server 5 anymore. I hope we will get a good compensation.
I am not the only one. Noone can access Server 16.

Edit: I finally got access to the other Server again.
