if i have 2 account beside my main account
should i write ticket merge in every account or i just need to write on my main account?

The Process (How To Request a Consolidation):

You have 2 weeks from when the merge completes to request a transfer, after which we will no longer offer account consolidation.

All account consolidation requests must be received between Jan 27th and Feb 11th.

• Make a note of the Account ID you want to transfer your goods into - this will be your DESTINATION account
• Make a note of the Account ID(s) you want to transfer goods OUT of - These are the accounts that will be PERMANENTLY CLOSED after the transfer is complete.
• Submit a ticket to Customer Support with all account ID’s, and carefully indicate which Account ID is the Destination Account (i.e the Account you want to KEEP), and which are the accounts you’re transferring goods out of. To help us expedite these requests, please include “Account Consolidation Request’’ at the top of your ticket.
• If you have multiple accounts you wish to transfer goods out of, please indicate them all in the same ticket.
• Note that this is an IRREVERSIBLE PROCESS, and you will never have access to your retired accounts again.
• Sit back and relax - Support will process your request as quickly as possible starting 24 hours after the merge is complete.

Basically I would write something like this.

Hello, I would like to consolidate my accounts.

DESTINATION ACCOUNT: ID of Destination Account (to KEEP)
TO BE CLOSED ACCOUNT(S): ID of Account 1, ID of Account 2, …

Written in italics would not be there, bold would be changed with a 6- or 7-digit number (and server identifier if not 1… so 2: for Server 2, 5: for Server 5, etc.)

Can we consolidate Epic CW keys @Loutre? The ones we get from finishing hard CW? Or are those just gone? Haven’t seen it mentioned anywhere

Found a response from a December 2020 merge thread that says they wouldn’t be consolidated:

Yes: Double Drops, Shop Refreshes, Stamina Cost Resets are consumables No: Epic City Watch keys - use those up before any account consolidation requests!

It’s possible things have changed in the year-plus since then, but unless Loutre says otherwise I’d assume any Epic City Watch Keys on your secondary account(s) will be lost when they’re merged into your main account, so plan accordingly.

That’s just horrible and also, I don’t think I can spend it all up before 27th Jan they consolidate Red Skill chips but not Epic keys? Ridiculous

Well, the keys aren’t in our inventory, so it’s not all that surprising to me. How many keys do you have on the account you want to merge into your main account?

Since they aren’t consumables, it would require extra programming in order to allow keys to be consolidated with account mergers.

Full Heroes, Hero Stars or Hero Rarities, or XP Levels

I’m assuming this means that full heros/hero stars are not converted into hero chips. Can you confirm?

If you are a Guild Leader and are consolidating accounts, it is highly recommended you make a destination account Guild Leader before you request the consolidation.

Please clarify? I think it should say “it is highly recommended you make the destination account the guild leader” It reads as if you are saying to create a new account. Make that account the leader. Then change give your original account the leadership back after consolidation. If so This would be a problem with a full guild.

@Loutre Could you please let us know what happens to Epic CW Keys, since they’re a valuable resource that’s hard to spend quickly, if a lot are banked.

Just double checked with the team and Epic City Watch keys are a resource and they will be transferred during account consolidation.

So looks like good news after all, @Yunno and @Chef_Basil_XLII ! Confirmation would be nice, since there was confusion earlier (which I duplicated here, sorry).

Hi! on server 5 some times (such as when contests start) are different from other servers. will they be changed? if so, will they be set to server 1 times?

– I would say that the times will probably stay the same, however I doubt that’s feasible - so most likely they will be updated to align with S1 time. Confirmation would be good though!
