Well, obviously, it´s technically just a bit of a code.
Tomorrow after the merge send a request in to support. State your destination account and write your account ID next to it (the one you wish to keep). And then the account ID of the account/s you wish to consolidate.
Tomorrow, after the merge has taken place from then until the 11th Feb you will be able to contact support and ask for your accounts to be merged
Very simple explanation:
You will click on your avatar in-game, then button SUPPORT in the section COMMUNITY.
Then you go to any section until you see a chat icon on the top right corner of your screen.
After that “Enter your message” in this way:
Hello, I would like to ask for account consolidation.
The destination account is: Account ID of the account you want to KEEP
The source account(s) is (are): Account ID(s) of the account(s) you want the RESOURCES FROM

No. Only your destination account stays in the guild it is in.
I don’t get why we get a warning for a merge on a server that won’t merge…?
We are trying to make sure it’s seen by everyone in case they have other accounts on the merging servers.

I sort of calced how many accounts are made on S1 daily. Would be interesting to know how many of those daily 140ish tend to stay active.
I can tell about the S1-S9 merge, it took about 3.5 hours back then.

How long will the servers be down for?
I do not have an exact time for how long the servers will be down, but as it is so many servers it will probably take a bit of time.

How do you know if after the merge you would end up with multiple accounts? I’m currently in server 24.

if you also have an account on s23 then you will, otherwise you won’t.

@Loutre, will I need to claim all unclaimed messages on destination account before merging? Or only on consolidation account?
Simply put, will I lose anything in mail box on destination account?

I just saw I have a second account on Server 18 and another on Server 23.
Is there any way to merge the two S18 accounts and delete the S23 account?

No. You can’t do that until S18 and S23 end up merging.

Can I ask, am I reading this correctly. If consolidating accounts, I should unequip all hero badges etc or they don’t transfer?
Follow on question, if 2 accounts are maintained on 1 server can they then be in the same guild?
