Two questions:

Do the accounts have to be servers 16 and 14? If I have an account on server 21, can I merge it to account on server 14?

And how do you submit a ticket to customer support?

Yes, both accounts needs to be on server 14. We can’t consolidate accounts on different servers.

• Scroll down the page and tap Support
• Type in your account consolidation information, and when the bot offers you FAQs, tap that you need more help.
