All servers are experiencing periodic performance issues. We have a fix in the 1.6.4 update which will fix one of the main causes of the lag and connection issues.
There is currently something causing war to not resolve correctly. We are investigating this issue right now on server 10.

However, with this server 10 update the guild war is working, but it didn’t show banned heroes or power ups like normally. @Polaris
What are the banned heroes?
