Does silence only disable the main skill of its targets? If so that makes it not as reliable as it could be if it would instead disable all skills, leaving target with just the basic attack. Not all heroes main skill is their best.
Silence just disables the Main Skill of the hero it has been applied to, for example:
Ralph uses his Green Skill (Shouting Match) successfully against an enemy, say Vanellope, and she already has her Energy Bar filled up, she can’t use the White Skill until the Silence is over.
Not to be confused with Stun, since Stun disables everything the hero can do (heal, move, attack)
Silence is pretty useless if you’re fighting Creeps (Brutes, Mages, Ninjas, Robots, etc.), since they don’t have any White Skills.
Figures. I can’t count on it then to disable other skills that could be a bother. It could use some tweaking…
I don’t think it needs tweaking, it’s just the right gameplay mechanic.
Imagine a team centered around the fact that yax must heal them.Tax gets silenced (cuz silence usually affects the whole team) and boom team is deafeated!
