Wondering what the skill cap is for blue and purple skill of a level 50 character? Don’t know if the caps are different for all servers but I’m in server 21 if that matters. I’ve searched the forums and all I can find is the cap is the same as the character level. But that only pertains to white and green skills from what I’ve experienced.
For a level 50 hero the blue skill cap should be level 30 and for a purple skill cap level 10

Blue skills are 20 levels below character level, and purple skills are 40.
