Hi all, does activating starting shield on Slinky activate his purple skill immediately? Or does it only activate on shields generated later in the game?

If you’re referring to a shield mod then yes, this activates Slinky’s purple skill
The first picture is with a shield mod and the second is without.
You can see that both armor and reality increase is visible when a mod is equipped and no buffs without a mod
