@TheGrillFather , I would suggest keep prize wall as Is currently. It’s honestly been the best feature that encourages ftp players to keep playing and have a fighting chance to unlocking heroes that are op to even have a fighting chance in wars etc. (besides the increased stamina lately which by far as been best thing in a while).
Instead what should do is decrease the amount of dup chances can get from cosmetic crates (which can be earned in the prize wall mind you as is) and increase the chances of these new costumes instead or if hit level 20 start introducing guarantee cosmetic crates instead of the chance red ones.
I would also suggest you can have a new prize wall with a new toon every 8 weeks, but introduce a pick your own prize toon as those only unlockable in the wish crates (ie some restrictions of heroes can apply) in between each new prize wall. This way new players can work on unlocking older characters and older players can work on getting resources needed to improve toons etc.

@TheGrillFather considering that we will be getting 1 hero every 8 weeks in 2024, any chance we could talk about Patch Essences being able to be sold if we don´t need them for any hero.

I mean… we can get Patch Power over 25 so maybe there will be some extension to Patches in the future? 
That could use those earlier Tiers

Unless we have a way to earn more Tier 2 Essence, it doesn’t really matter what the future of Patch is because it will take an eternity to get there
I’ve even seen deals specifically offering every Essence except Tier 2, which is bemusing when there is such a clear shortfall of it in Trial drops, such that it can only be perceived as deliberate

@TheGrillFather this is what a lot of us are worried about it’s already 6 months through all the crates etc for free 2 play players to get a hero fully useful and with less heroes that could stretch to a year or more
