Still waiting for the Silence to get lifted? Simple answer: don’t use the Chat or be patient if you’re an active chatter…
An option to report appears when you block someone. Also, you may want to Google how to screenshot on your device, that picture quality is horrendous.

I think they use another device to capture the playing device… but hey, I don’t judge…
