Stuck on the loading screen

Since last night, my game loads and get stuck halfway loading on the loading screen.i tried downloading it again and it still happening. Please let me know any way to deal with this.

Did you:

make sure that the internet is strong? This is one of the main cause of slow loading, so you want to check if your internet is not slow
make sure that the game is updated? If the game gets updated, your respective Game Store either updates it automatically or lets you know that an update is responsible.

Or it needs to download the date by slowly loading.

So here a update, 11 days ago i done all I chould and it didn’t work. So I truned off my phone and trun it back on and it started to work.
