Sulley&Boo - Scaring a scared target?

Hello,

Does anyone know if Sulley’s purple passive activates when an already scared enemy is scared again?
I was thinking of making a Jack Skellington [MH] - Sulley - Mike wombo combo but I have trouble spotting the difference in Sulley’s output.

Could someone clarify this for me?

Yes, it work EVERYTIME an enemy is scared.
